1. Seperate application required from each adult over the age of 18

2. Print out application, complete all sections, sign and email to info@screalestateinc.com

3. Email copy of driver's license and proof of income (pay check stub, W2, 1099 or tax return.) 

4. Pay $35 credit check fee with Venmo or PayPal
